PET Non-Woven:
PET (Polyethylene terephtalate) non-woven and PP non-woven are the two fabrics that dominate the non-woven mareket today. Like PP non-woven, PET non-woven also mimics the appearance and texture of a woven fabric yet are much more economical and sustainable to produce and use. PET non-woven fabric can be effectively produced and finished to have some superior properties over many traditional textiles, such as excellent softness, bacterial resistance, liquid repellence, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, high tensile strength and flame retardancy, etc. More spectacularly, it also can be recycled and processed to make raw material for new applications. Another perfect fabric for our eco-friendly bags!
PET non-woven fabric possesses some unique characteristics such as excellent alternative to screen printing. Through this process, special dyes penetrate the material and graphics actually become part of the fabric and, unlike screen printing, this will not change the feel of the material. And when colorant is incorporated into fibers during printing process, they are highly resistant to color fading and rub-off.
"Color Loop Printing" process enables us to apply full-color graphics brilliantly to our PET non-woven bags. This, together with a normally thicker fabric used creates a more upscale bag than silk-screened PP non-woven bags.
