Production Time
Product time begins only after approval of your artwork, pre-production sample and credit.
Ordering Information
All orders must be received in writing. Purchase orders may be sent to info@thinkgreenpromo.com. No phone orders are accepted. For accurate service, please include the following on your purchase order:
— Bag Style, Color, , Material and Quantity
— Imprint Location and Color
—Your requested In-hands Date, Ship Address, and Ship Method
Reorders
Your imprint plate will be kept for 12 months. Setup charge will be applied again after 12 months.
Acknowledgments
Think Green Promo acknowledges every order in writing (invoice). Please read this carefully and contact us immediately with discrepancies. Any changes made to any order after receipt must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional charges. Once customer appoves the artwork and pre-production sample, we will not be responsible for any errors due to customs' mistakes.
Credit Policy
For new accounts, orders are pre-paid, 30% deposit is required when order is placed and remaining 70% is needed prior ship orders. Credit references will be run upon completion of a Credit Application; please allow 5 business days for processing. Orders will not ship without credit approval or prepayment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check and wire transfer.
Over/Under Run Policy
We only ship exact quantity stated on PO.
Imprinting Location
Unless otherwise specified, your imprint will be "centered" within the printable area of the bag which, due to product construction, may not be the exact center of the bag.
Minimum

Split Shipments
$10.50 (G) per address.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be in writing and are subject to all incurred costs, including, set-up and plates charges.
Claims / Return Policy
All sales are final. Think Green Promo must be notified within 7 days after customer received the order for any maunfacture related errors. Only exchange or company credit will be issued after we accept the claims. No return will be accepted for any reasons.
Shipping Method
For better service, please specify your deadline use date and requested shipping method. As it is common for Think Green Promo to ship early, we reserve the right to determine the appropriate shipping method to meet your deadline.
Shipping Weights
Weights listed in our cartons are approximate weights per box. Think Green Promo cannot be responsible for differences in actual freight versus quoted freight charges.
Special Freight Fees
Inside delivery, residential, redelivery, COD, international, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico incur additional shipping fees. Think Green Promo reserves the right to submit supplemental invoices after the original invoice has been issued. Freight & duty fees must be charged on your freight account.
